I am a Plainfield native, grew up in South Jersey and returned to Plainfield in 1991. I’m married and have two beautiful daughters Delaney and Anna that you may occasionally see working here at the shop. We have two dogs- Squirt, a Jack Russell mix, and Boo, a Pit Bull. I enjoy spending time camping and boating with family and friends. Over 20 years ago I started out as a bather and received groomer training with my job. I have worked at a couple of local grooming salons in the area and decided to start my own business out of my home. After 3 years of grooming in my home I moved my business to the downtown area we have been growing ever since. I am very blessed to have a job that I love. I’m very proud to say that we don’t advertise much and most of our clients come from word of mouth. From past experience in grooming salons, I knew I wanted to do something different. I want the grooming experience to be positive and gain a relationship with the dog. Through the years, I have realized that it is all about trust! When the dog trusts me, my job is easier, and their experience is better. Update: I am now working the front desk and very limited to my grooming time.
